Daniel’s Friends Come Out of the Fire Alive

¹⁹ Then Nebuchadnezzar was filled with anger, and he looked at Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-nego with an angry face. He had the fire made seven times hotter than it was. ²⁰ And he told certain powerful soldiers in his army to tie up Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-nego, and to throw them into the fire. ²¹ So the men were tied up in their coats and head-coverings and their other clothes, and were thrown into the fire.
